Is the free trial really free? Do I need a card?
Yes, completely free. No card required. You create an account and you have full access to every feature for 7 days. One trial per teacher (verified by phone number).
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You choose: subscribe to Starter or Pro, or buy pay-as-you-go credits. You can keep using the app with pay-as-you-go at 1.2 MAD per accepted lesson plan.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro mid-semester?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust manually. You pay the difference.
How long does credit activation take after bank transfer?
Usually within a few hours during school days. We send a WhatsApp confirmation when your credits are active.
What is 'fair use' on Starter?
Fair use means typical teacher use — a few lesson plans per week. It's not a hard cap, but if we see bulk or automated usage we'll reach out. In practice, no real teacher hits a limit.
Do credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Starter and Pro subscriptions cover the semester or year you purchase.
